the staff provided really good service . the concierge helped me arrange a private transport to visit nearby historical sites, and it was very comfortable because of the extreme heat. the hotel's location is convenient because it's a short walk to the metro station , which makes accessing other sites easy.
the rooftop bar was not as excellent as expected. the space felt smaller in person , and the atmosphere was not particularly lively because it seemed to attract mainly hotel guests. the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. the gym, while decent , didn't stand out compared to other hotels i've visited.

Really good Service and Radiant Ambiance

I must commend the staff for their very nice service. They were always ready to assist with a smile. When I requested a room change, they immediately apologized and offered a room with a beautiful view and a chocolate treat. The quality of the restaurant dishes was perfect, and the staff helped me choose suitable dishes and drinks. I extend my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff for their really good service and cute attitude.
The rooftop bar was slightly overhyped (it could use a bit more lighting). The ambience did not entirely match the images I had seen beforehand.

The room was spacious and included a large bathroom door that opened into an even larger area, very luxurious. There was ample closet space for all our belongings.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It had many choices available to suit various tastes (from Asian to European). The buffet was quite diverse and included made-to-order eggs. The staff was friendly and provided efficient service.
